岗位职责:
1. “未来书院”学术内容策划,撰写与发布:
- 每月撰写并发布6篇“思想市场”(哥大未来书院)文章,介绍哥伦比亚大学教授的最新研究成果,涵盖微信公众号,知乎,小红书等平台。
- 负责“未来书院”品牌内容的策划、编辑及推广,确保内容具有吸引力和学术深度。
2. “未来挑战”学术竞赛项目管理:
- 协调和落实学术竞赛的具体环节,包括全国总决赛的后勤和物流管理。
- 对接IT部门,参与互动界面和在线课程的设计与测试。
3. “未来峰会”跨国团队对接:
- 协助对接美国学生和教授,包括提供新媒体采访支持、行程安排(酒店、签证、交通等)。
- 峰会期间按需负责特定职能岗位角色,确保会务顺利进行。
岗位要求:
1. 教育背景:
- 本科及以上学历,优先考虑教育学、传播学、国际关系、英文或相关专业。
- 海外留学经验或对美国高校体系有深入了解者优先。
2. 技能要求:
- 优秀的英语听说读写能力(需与美方教授及学生对接)。
- 理解并转化学术文献和研究的能力。

Job Title: U.S. Affairs Associate
Work Location: Changshu, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province
Job Requirement: Full-time, report to Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) and CEO
Job Description (JD):
1. Planning, writing and publishing of academic content related to "Columbia Future Academy":
- Write and publish 6 journal articles per month to introduce research frontiers of Columbia University professors on WeChat public subscription accounts, Zhihu, Xiaohongshu and other platforms.
- Responsible for the planning, writing, editing, and promotion of "Future Academy".
2. "Columbia Future Challenge" Project Management:
- Coordinate and implement specific aspects of the academic competition, including logistics of the national finals.
- Coordinate with the IT department and participate in the design and testing of interactive interfaces of online courses.
3. "Columbia Future Summit" Administrative Support for U.S Staff and Faculty:
- Assist with American students and professors, including providing new media interview support, training, and itinerary arrangements (hotels, visas, transportation, etc.).
- Play specific functional roles (e.g., manager, director) as needed during the summit.
Candidate Preferences:
1. Education background:
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in education, communication, international relations/political science, English or related majors.
- Candidates with overseas study experience or in-depth understanding of the US university system are preferred.
2. Skill requirements:
- Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills (need to connect with US professors and students).
- The ability to understand and translate academic literature and research.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and great time management and multi-tasking skills.
- This position does not require computer science knowledge.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
3. Work experience:
- More than 2 years of relevant work experience, with a background in educational institutions, media operations or international affairs. This position is also open to college seniors with relevant nternship experience.
Salary:
- Basic salary: ¥13,000-16,000/month, adjusted according to work experience and ability.

- Project bonus (depending on the completion of the project).

Key Responsibilities:
1. New Media Management and Optimization:
- Oversee and manage platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, WeChat Official Accounts, and WeChat Video Channels.
- Plan and optimize multimedia content, publishing high-quality materials to boost user engagement and follower growth.
- Analyze platform data, regularly adjust content strategies, and continuously enhance viewership and interaction rates.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record of producing high-engagement or high-readership posts.
2. User Communication and Support:
- Provide regular customer service support, answering user inquiries and collecting feedback to inform improvements.
- Help maintain the multimedia user community, improving user satisfaction and the brand's image.
3. Event Support and Promotion:
- Assist the CMO in promoting online and offline activities, including KOL (Key Opinion Leader) collaboration planning.
- Actively participate in study-abroad-related communities to promote our programs within these networks.
4. Other Responsibilities:
- Contribute to team tasks related to multimedia, such as video editing and poster design.
- Take on the role of "Multimedia Manager" during the Future Summit event.

Requirements:
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, any major. Preference for candidates with degrees in media, marketing, or English.

- Proficiency in English at CET-6 level or equivalent.
