先叠个甲，我不是直男癌也对拳什么的不关心。但是我建议您认认真真了解下本案中STR分型之类的东西，再给别人扣帽子。论证据准确度，目前没有超过那个的，并且那个的结果不取决于女方有没有认真洗那个部位，基本是痕量的。整个案子通篇只说有jing斑，有混合分泌物，但是有很多种方式可以让那些东西出现在床单上，出现在内衣上。但是STR检测证明了敏感部位没有男方的DNA，那就是没有cha入（其实和膜有无破已经双保险了）。没有插入，最多算个未遂，那么判既遂起步的三年的依据在哪里？
