岗位简介：

该博士后岗位由 NIH 资助，设在美国 东北俄亥俄医科大学（Northeast Ohio Medical University, NEOMED） 生物医学科学系 Yong Lu 教授 实验室（美国俄亥俄州 Rootstown）。

Lu 教授的研究方向主要集中在中枢听觉系统中 G 蛋白偶联受体（GPCR）的功能机制，采用的技术包括电生理与先进成像方法，如：

        •        脑片全细胞膜片钳（whole-cell patch-clamp）

        •        钙成像（calcium imaging）

应聘要求：

        •        已获得神经科学或相关领域博士学位

        •        具有电生理实验经验（体外或体内均可）

Postdoctoral Position :

This NIH-funded postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Yong Lu, Ph.D., in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED), Rootstown, Ohio, USA.

Dr. Lu’s research focuses on the functions of G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) in the central auditory system, using electrophysiology and advanced imaging approaches, including:

        •        Whole-cell patch-clamp recording in brain slices

        •        Calcium imaging

Requirements:

        •        Ph.D. in neuroscience or a related field

        •        Experience in electrophysiology (in vitro or in vivo)

Salary:

Commensurate with NIH guidelines.
