组别简介： 微软亚洲研究院 Research Portfolio 团队专注于构建和优化科研数据管理平台，通过自动化采集、清洗、整合和应用前沿研究数据，推动跨团队协作与技术创新。我们的项目融合前端、后端及工程开发经验，关注 RAG（Retrieval Augmented Generation）、AI、Copilot 等关键技术。
工作职责：
参与自动化数据采集与爬虫开发，确保内部研究员论文等科研数据高效采集；
负责数据清洗、Excel 表格处理及文件属性验证，确保数据准确性；
协助优化和维护系统代码，实现自动化数据上传与管理；
支持平台日志监控与故障排查，保障系统稳定运行；
根据团队需求，完成其他项目相关的技术任务。
任职要求：
计算机科学、软件工程、电子工程或相关专业（硕士优先）；
具备前端与后端系统设计与开发实习经验；
扎实的数据结构与算法基础，良好的编程能力（熟悉 Python、Java 或其他主流语言）；
有数据爬虫、数据清洗、自动化脚本开发或系统维护相关项目经验者优先（有 RAG 经验更佳）；
具备云平台（Azure、AWS 或 GCP）操作经验者优先；
具备快速学习和独立解决问题的能力，能有效调试与优化代码；
能熟练使用英文进行技术交流；
良好的沟通能力、团队协作精神及责任心，自驱力强，能在导师指导下迅速上手项目工作。
工作时间要求
能获得导师许可并保证至少三个月的实习。

Job Title: MSRA Research Portfolio Full-Stack Intern Employment Type: Full-time Intern Number of Positions: 1 Location: Beijing
Team Overview: The Research Portfolio team at Microsoft Research Asia focuses on building and optimizing a research data management platform. Our mission is to enhance the automated collection, cleaning, integration, and utilization of cutting-edge research data, driving cross-team collaboration and technical innovation. Our projects require expertise in both front-end and back-end engineering. Candidates with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) experience are preferred, and familiarity with AI and Copilot technologies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in developing automated data collection and web crawling tools to efficiently gather research papers and other research data;
Handle data cleaning, Excel processing, and file attribute validation to ensure data accuracy;
Assist in optimizing and maintaining system code for automated data uploading and management;
Support platform log monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure stable system operation;
Complete other technical tasks as assigned by the team.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or holding a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field;
Experience in both front-end and back-end system design and development;
Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms, with excellent programming skills (proficient in Python, Java, or other mainstream languages);
Experience with web scraping, data cleaning, automation scripting, or system maintenance is preferred (RAG experience is a significant advantage);
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus;
Ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently, with effective debugging and code optimization skills;
Proficient in technical communication in English;
Excellent communication, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, with the ability to rapidly get up to speed under mentor guidance.
Internship Duration Requirements: Must obtain permission from your academic advisor and commit to at least three months of internship.
