Job Description:

We are looking for two passionate professionals to join our exceptional team:

1.        IELTS Online Teacher: You will deliver high-quality IELTS preparation courses to Chinese students, taught entirely in English. Your focus will be on all four sections of the IELTS exam: Speaking, Writing, Listening, and Reading.

2.        Teaching Assistant: You will support students with weaker English skills by leading pre-class preparation and post-class reviews in Chinese, ensuring that they are fully prepared for the English-only lessons delivered by our foreign instructors.

Key Responsibilities:

        •        IELTS Online Teacher:

        •        Teach engaging IELTS lessons, focusing on strategies and tips to help students succeed.

        •        Provide expert feedback on IELTS Speaking and Writing mock tests.

        •        Tailor lessons to individual student needs based on their performance.

        •        Teaching Assistant:

        •        Conduct pre-class preparation and post-class reviews in Chinese.

        •        Help students strengthen their understanding of lesson material.

        •        Assist in facilitating communication between students and foreign teachers.

Requirements:

        •        For both positions:

        •        IELTS score of 7.5 or higher.

        •        Fluency in Chinese is required. If not a Chinese native speaker, you must have passed the HSK Chinese language exam and be able to teach in Chinese.

        •        For IELTS Online Teacher:

        •        Native or near-native English proficiency.

        •        At least 1 year of IELTS teaching experience, with a strong understanding of IELTS Speaking and Writing evaluation criteria.

        •        For Teaching Assistant:

        •        Proficiency in both Chinese and English.

        •        Experience in teaching or tutoring students for IELTS preparation.
