INSEAD在2023年QS世界大学排名商业与管理学领域名列全球第二，并且连续6年蝉联全球第二，仅次于哈佛。

管理学硕士项目(Master in Management, 简称：MIM)针对本科毕业生（不分专业背景）或者拥有一至两年工作经验的职场新人，巧妙地结合了创新的课程设计和实际经验，为您在全球化职业环境中的成功奠定坚实基础，用 10-16 个月的时间高效为职场新人做好应对全球化职业生涯的准备。INSEAD MIM将在10个月间带你横跨法国、新加坡、阿布扎比及美国。

INSEAD MIM项目的2021、2022和2023级毕业生进入中金公司，JP Morgan、Goldman Sachs等世界知名投行，和MBB等咨询公司。就业地点也覆盖英国、德国、新加坡、澳洲、中东、中国、维也纳、丹麦、迪拜、瑞士、日本等地。
