Job Title: Research Associate

Location: Singapore 

The Cloud Application and Platform Group (CAP) Group from College of Computing and Data Science (CCDS)  at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore,is seeking 1motivated Research Associate in the topic of “Digital Twin for Advanced Battery Analytics”, who is responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for system design features, among other duties. 新加坡南洋理工大学计算机与数据科学学院 (CCDS) 的云应用和平台小组(CAP)小组正在招募研究助理，项目围绕“基于高级电池分析的数字孪生技术”，负责开发和设计前端 Web 架构，确保应用程序的响应能力，并与图形设计师一起工作以实现系统设计功能等职责。

He/she will take a key role in participating in the development and implementation strategy of a cloud AI platform for industrial application, e.g., data center operations and optimization. 将参与工业应用云人工智能平台的开发和实施策略的制定，内容包括数据中心运营和优化。

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Document steps for initiation of designs (e.g., functional specification) ; 设计启动的文件化步骤（例如功能规范）;

2.    Describe system requirements for the entire set up within an organization；描述组织内整个机构的系统需求;

3.    Diagnose the issue and resolving it on demand; 诊断问题并根据需要解决问题;

4.    Develop front end website architecture; 开发前端网站架构;

5.    Design user interactions on web pages; 设计网页上的用户交互;

6.    Develop back end website applications; 开发后端网站应用;

7.    Create servers and databases for functionality; 为功能创建服务器和数据库；

8.    Ensure responsiveness of applications; 确保应用程序的响应性;

9.    Work for web design features; 负责网页设计功能;

10.  Oversee a project from conception to finished product; 从构思到最终产品;

11.  Design and develop APIs; 设计和开发api;

12.  Meet both technical and consumer needs; 同时满足技术和消费者的需要;

13.  Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages; 紧跟网络应用程序和编程语言的发展;

14.  Formulate solutions for system problems in case of sudden system failure or crash; 解决系统问题的想法，应对系统突然故障或崩溃。

Requirements:

1.    Master’s degree in Computer Science from a recognized university; 知名大学的计算机科学硕士学位; 

2.    Strong organizational and project management skills; 优秀的组织和项目管理能力;

3.    Proficiency in fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript; 熟练掌握 HTML、CSS 和 JavaScript 等基本前端语言;

4.    Familiarity with building web applications using frameworks such as Flask and Django; 熟悉使用 Flask、Django 等 Web 框架构建 Web 应用程序;

5.    Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, React, and Ember; 熟悉 JavaScript 框架，例如Angular JS、React 和 Amber;

6.    Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .NET; 精通服务器端语言，例如 Python、Ruby、Java、PHP 和 .Net;

7.    Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB; 熟悉MySQL、Oracle、MongoDB等数据库技术;

8.    Excellent verbal communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities; 优秀的口头沟通能力和良好的解决问题的能力;

9.    Attention to detail; 注重细节;

10.  Fluency in spoken and written English. 流利的英语口语和书面语。
