楼主今年本科毕业，去美国读研究生，明年会去一个科技公司实习。实习的公司最近在国内开了分公司，他们希望了解国内快毕业或刚毕业的学生对职业的看法。楼主想了解同学们的想法。

公司主要想了解毕业生倾向于在大公司找简单而稳定的工作，还是愿意去初创公司（注：其实我认为我们公司不算初创公司）？愿意有多大程度的工作量？决定毕业后第一份工作的主要因素有哪些？

I’m interested in understanding how early in career people think in China. (Early in career meaning undergrad to 3 years experience)

Someone told me that sometimes early in career people grew up wealthy so they want an easy and stable job at big companies. That they are not interested in working hard or joining startups or being entrepreneurial. How true is that?
