We are in the process of growing on-the-ground capabilities in our small Beijing office and have immediate openings for the following positions based in Beijing:

Business Development Executive

(Beijing based)

Duties:

•        Overall project management from planning, strategizing and execution of conferences, workshops, innovation tours and dialogue forums

•        Securing some of the most prominent people in the industry as speakers, panelists and resources

•        Writing the agendas and defining the content and format of events

•        Researching the most current business issues and developments impacting the banking industry

•        Develop creative, dynamic marketing collaterals and activities to promote the progammes to the largest possible audience in Asia, the Middle East, Africa as well as to Europe and the US

•        Coordinate with sales and logistic team and sponsors to ensure the programmes is run at the lowest possible cost and highest possible profitability

•        Run events on the ground being the main liaison for all parties (sponsors, speakers, delegates, venue staff, logistics) 

•        Develop new event formats and topics

•        You are an experienced content developer and programme manager for a research, publishing, consulting or thought leadership based organization,

•        You have natural research and analytical skills, where we can let your creativity take flight

•        Ability to support sales by building networks and relationships with clients, speakers, the media, associations, partners, third parties and other intermediaries and potential clients of the Company 

•        We do need you to be a multi-tasker on multiple projects and with strong problem solving skills
